Prohibited Goods and Services

For the security and protection of all Users of the Site and the Services made available by Twyxter, Inc., we ask that you use common sense and good judgment at all times when using the Site and the Services.  If an Item or other content is illegal, dangerous, offensive, or you simply question whether it is appropriate in this venue, please don’t post it to the Site.

The following is a non-exhaustive list of goods and services that may not be posted, offered or requested on the Site or in conjunction with your use of the Services:

-          Illegal Items, goods, services, communications, etc.

-          Counterfeit currency, coins and stamps, tickets, as well as equipment designed to make them

-          Counterfeit or fraudulent items or documents

-          Material that infringes copyright, including software or other digital goods you are not authorized to sell, bootlegs, or warez (copyrighted works distributed without fees or royalties)

-          Illegal audio or video recordings

-          Services that are illegal including without limitation prostitution and unlicensed brokerage or legal services

-          Stolen property and property with removed or altered serial numbers

-          Pirated goods

-          Items designed to be used to commit a crime including not without limitation burglary tools, false identification and items used to manufacture illegal explosives or controlled substances

-          Anything related to unlawful activity, including soliciting, inducing or encouraging illegal acts or requesting goods or services in furtherance of a crime

-          Products which advocate methods of murdering

-          Substances designed to bring about death

-          Illegal telecommunications equipment, including access cards, signal jamming devices, password sniffers, unloopers, or cable descramblers

-          Animals, plants and insects that are regulated or prohibited for sale under applicable laws

-          Coupons or gift cards that restrict transfer or which you are not authorized to sell

-          Tickets you are not allowed to sell, including airline tickets that restrict transfer

-          Lottery tickets, sports trading card 'grab bags', raffle tickets, sweepstakes entries, slot machines, other gambling items

-          Food stamps, WIC vouchers, SNAP EBT cards, SNAP or WIC foods, infant formula, etc and other items received from governmental agencies or programs

-          Government documents, IDs, and licenses

-          Police-related items

-          Official uniforms and badges

-          Military equipments and devices

-          Devices created for the purpose of spying, hijacking, monitoring long distance communication transmitted via telecommunication, and other controlled devices of this nature which are included in lists that are part of the penal code

-          Goods containing messages which are libelous, injurious, and/or counter to privacy laws concerning the honor, representation and reputation of others

-          Obscene material, child pornography, material that is harmful to minors, or offers or solicitation of illegal prostitution

-          Goods which incite discrimination, violence, xenophobia, anti-Semitism or racial hatred

-          Content that can intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, or any regulations having the force of law, including the Civil Rights Act of 1866, the Fair Housing Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act.]

-          Stocks and other securities

-          Embargoed goods

-          Cultural goods, national treasures or goods that represent a major national interest

-          Postage meters

-          Credit cards

-          Alcohol

-          Tobacco

-          Weapons (including but not limited to firearms, martial arts weapons, silencers, ammunition, disguised or switchblade knives, BB guns, stun guns or tear gas) and weapons parts

-          Medical devices that are only available by prescription and/or through a licensed provider

-          Prescription drugs, medical devices, controlled substances, illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia

-          Narcotics and associated materials

-          Nonprescription drugs that make false or misleading treatment claims or treatment claims that require FDA approval

-          Fireworks

-          Explosives, explosive substances, or materials fabricated through the aid of explosives, nuclear materials

-          Dangerous and illegal products

-          Dangerous and illicit substances

-          Hazardous materials, including but not limited to Freon and batteries containing mercury

-          Hazardous substances or items containing hazardous substances including contaminated toys, or art or craft material containing toxic substances without a warning label

-          Pesticides or items containing pesticides

-          Blood, bodily fluids and body parts

-          Goods that have been in contact with blood, saliva or sexual organs

-          Cosmetics that have been used

-          Non-packaged food items or adulterated food

-          International import/export or trading services

-          Personal files and data

-          Bulk email or mailing lists that contain names, addresses, phone numbers, or other personal identifying information

-          Multi-level marketing, pyramid, and matrix programs
